1 General  Provisions

3 Deposit and  Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on 7e77 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (any major Bangladeshi bank including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

3.3 Deposit Ownership

4 Bonus and  Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 7e77 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 20 times.

Example: ৳1,000 deposit gives a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500 → wagering required ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion on 7e77 has its own terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. Weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonus, cricket mania offer, birthday special gift, and refer-a-friend reward — each carries separate wagering requirements.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Claiming the same bonus more than once, using multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or abusing bonuses in any strategic way — all such activities may result in bonus cancellation and account closure. A bonus is never direct cash — it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering conditions have been met.

5 Gaming  Policy and Fair Play

5.1 Software and Technical Policy

The use of any automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools on the 7e77 platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and all winnings may be forfeited.

5.2 Technical Errors

9 Account  Suspension and Closure

7e77 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false identity or information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraud
• Use of bots or automated software
• Underage account or allowing a third party to use the account
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions

Whether any remaining balance is returned upon account closure will depend on the reason for closure — if closed due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation  of Liability

7e77 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a user's gaming or betting. The platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and no compensation will be given for issues caused by technical problems or internet connectivity.

7e77 is not responsible for any interruption or error in the services of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution).
